#
(1) An authorised officer may at any reasonable time enter and inspect any premises in which he has reasonable ground for believing that a product to which these Regulations applies, is being or has been manufactured or stored or is being or has been packaged or labelled, and may take such samples of any such product as he considers appropriate.
